Details of the products available for purchase (including their price) are set out on Kink-Shop.net online store. Kink-Shop.net takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on Kink-Shop.net online store are correct at the time when the relevant information is placed onto our online store. Although every effort is made to keep the store as up to date as possible, the information appearing at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
Payment for goods purchased through Kink-Shop
Paypal
Kink-Shop uses PayPal as a payment option. As a recipient of the payment will be PayPal> BSR Shop. Through PayPal, it is possible to pay using all major types of credit and debit cards such as MasterCard, VISA, Dankort, etc.
Credit- or debetcard
Kink-Shop.net accepts all major creditcards using Quickpay as payment solution. All transactions will be listed on buyers bank statement as "BSR Shop".

Within 5 days after the order is entered into Kink-Shop.net, payment must be received, otherwise the order will be canceled from our system.
Privacy policy
When creating an account or making an order on Kink-Shop.net we commit ourselves as buisness never to disclose customer data to third parties. Submitting data will only be made to the Danish authorities in connection with deception or other cases where, for example customer's credit card has been abused.
We store all data collected and issued invoices for accounting purposes so that we can observe the current Danish accounting legislation.
As a customer of Kink-Shop you can after account creation check the status of orders, and receive our newsletter and thereby easier to share in our offer to our customers. If you wish you can make an order without creating an account.
Returns
According to consumer law you have 14 day return no questions asked return right, from you receive the goods and to claim your return right.
Returns an order you must be aware of:
- Sealed items can only be returned if the seal of the packaged is undamaged. This rule has been made to ensure hygiene of our products.
- Goods that have been subjected to dog hair, cigarette smell and so forth will not be accepted.
- When you send back your order please ensure that the goods is packed properly, if the packaged is damaged upon arrival at Kink-Shop it will not be refunded.
- Products for intimate use can not be returned once the packaged has been opened.
As a consumer you are protected by Danish law, this means that when purchasing goods in Denmark you have a 2 years warranty on all failures from the manufacture. If your product comes with any errors you must contact us as soon as you experience this error, please notice that you must contact us within a reasonable time and no later than 90 days from the error is found.
By manufacture failures it should be noted that this does not include malfunction due to wear or other inappropriate use of the product.
If it becomes necessary to invoke the warranty you must return the goods to Kink-Shop in clean and good condition, include the invoice or a copy of the invoice and a description of the manufacturing defect.
Prior to a return to Kink shop must contact us by e-mail or letter for a return agreement. Products returned without written accept from Kink-Shop will not be accepted.
Shipping
Items purchased from Kink-Shop are always sent in neutral packaging and with BSR Shop as the sender. Shipping with parcel post or maxi letters happens by the Danish Postal Authorities, also known as Post Denmark. Kink-Shop reserves the right at any time to ship goods as a “parcel” since its ensured by the Danish Postal Authorities.
If you do not receive your package, please contact our support via the contact link in the menu.
Kink-Shop cannot be held responsible for any delays, force majeure and the like, as Kink-Shop's control. This includes extended delivery due to strikes, lockouts, etc.
Kink-Shop cannot be held responsible if your parcel is delayed in customs for any reason.
Other
These Terms are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish Courts.
Kink-Shop cannot be held responsible for customers' use, as well as any damage resulting from the use of items purchased from Kink-Shop. In particular, we ask our customers to be aware of allergies that could arise in connection with the use of the products we sell. If you get any allergic reactions from any of our products you must shop the use at once and contact Kink-Shop.
Please note that Kink-Shop cannot be held responsible for any color differences there may be, from the product seen on the customer's screen to the product the customer is receiving.
We accept no liability for typing errors, sold out items or goods that are backordered from our suppliers.
